Can be somewhat fixed through settings and applications for any piece of software.

Windows Comes with several preinstalled apps and "phones home" telemetry/privacy invasive data.

What you can do

• Uninstall as much as possible through settings
• Disable Bing search in search box
• Disable widgets
• Disable startup and background apps
• Disable all items in "Privacy & Security" tab
• Stop using Microsoft Edge
• Use Chris Titus Tech's Windows Utility if desired to debloat even further
• Switch to Linux, almost no unnecesary software (Linux Mint/Zorin OS/Debian are some)
